In Yekaterinburg, a Rosgvardiya (National Guard of Russia) officer stormed into a women«s bathhouse. The incident occurred on 29 January at »Bodrost« on Pervomayskaya Street.
«We were washing, everyone was naked! Someone was in the dressing room. Personally, I was in the washing area. A man from Rosgvardiya came in and said, »I am genderless,«» an outraged bathhouse visitor recounted. «We started getting dressed quickly. The officer had a video camera hanging on his chest. Possibly, it recorded the naked visitors.»
According to our reader, the bathhouse was already closing. It operates until 11:00 PM. There are no clocks in the shower area, so an employee of «Bodrost» usually warns the women in advance that it«s time to gather. This time, she came in exactly at eleven and demanded everyone leave the premises immediately, and a few minutes later returned with backup.
«There were six of them, but only one came in wearing a mask — the others remained in the corridor,» says the bathhouse visitor. «No one warned us about the visit by law enforcement. We didn»t violate anything, didn«t cause a disturbance. Everything was calm.»
We called «Bodrost». The director of the public bathhouse refused to comment on the incident.
«I can»t say anything about this situation yet, we are looking into it,« reported the director of the »Bodrost« bathhouse.
We have reached out to Rosgvardiya for comment. We will publish it as soon as we receive it.
