Video has emerged from the scene of a tourist bus crash on the Razdolnoye – Khasan highway, where three people were killed on January 22. The footage, published by Vl.ru, shows a long skid mark, likely from the bus.

It is reported that Health Minister Yevgeny Shestopalov went to the site. Also, the Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case under Article 238 of the Russian Criminal Code – provision of services that do not meet safety requirements for life and health of consumers, resulting in the negligent death of two or more persons.

It belongs to the Primorye company «Primavtotrans»; at the time of publication, it was not possible to obtain a comment from a representative.
«Primoavtotrans» has been the official carrier on regular bus routes to China since 2000, and currently operates several passenger transport services to the following Chinese cities: Harbin, Mudanjiang, Jixi, Suifenhe, Mishan, Dongning, Yanji, Hunchun.
In this trip, there were 14 passengers on board; 5 were injured and another 3 killed. Among them are the bus driver and a passenger. Currently, the prosecutor«s office, police, and health ministry continue to work at the scene. A total of 6 ambulance teams, disaster medicine, were dispatched to the site, and doctors at nearby hospitals are ready to provide all necessary assistance to the victims.
In 2023, a tourist bus from China heading to Ussuriysk in Primorye veered into a ditch. According to preliminary data, there are two fatalities, and some passengers were trapped in the wrecked vehicle. All information about that incident has been collected in a special section.
