A fatal accident in the Krasnoyarsky district of Samara region claimed the lives of two people. Details were provided by the press service of the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) for Samara Region.
It all happened at 17:39 on Monday, February 2, at the 5.25-kilometer mark of the «Bypass of the village of Krasny Yar» road. A 27-year-old resident of Samara, who never had a driver«s license, got behind the wheel of a Renault Sandero. The woman was driving from the direction of the settlement of Uglovoy towards the village of Krasny Yar. The Samara woman violated a road sign requirement, drove into the oncoming lane, and crashed into a Renault Duster, law enforcement officials reconstructed the chronology of events.
Behind the wheel of the crossover, which was moving towards the Sandero, was a 52-year-old man. From the impact, the Duster was thrown into the Land Rover that was following behind. It was driven by a 47-year-old man.
The culprit of the accident and her passenger — a 52-year-old resident of Samara — died at the scene of the traffic accident before the arrival of the ambulance team. The passenger of the hatchback — a 29-year-old resident of Sergiyevsky district — after examination, doctors recommended outpatient treatment. From the accident site, the driver of the crossover and his passenger — a 2-year-old boy — were hospitalized.
