Another traffic accident has occurred in the region, this time involving a young man without a license behind the wheel. His violation of traffic rules led to people being injured.

According to the State Traffic Inspectorate of Stavropol Krai, the accident happened on January 22 around 17:00 on Klara Tsetkin Street. The driver of a VAZ-2109 failed to yield to another vehicle at an unregulated intersection and collided with a Gazelle van.
As a result, three people were injured: the 18-year-old driver himself and two minors aged 15 and 16. They were taken to the Mineralnye Vody hospital and prescribed outpatient treatment. The passengers were not wearing seat belts, which affected the severity of the injuries.
It turned out that the young man did not have a driver«s license, so he should not have been driving. At the time of the accident, the Stavropol resident was sober. Administrative proceedings have been initiated against the driver under Part 1, Article 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, »Driving a vehicle by a driver without the right to drive a vehicle.« He faces a fine from 5,000 to 15,000 rubles (approximately $50 to $150 at current rates).
An investigation is being conducted into the accident, and law enforcement agencies are clarifying the circumstances of the crash.
Recall that another accident recently occurred where several people were injured. According to preliminary data, the driver of a VAZ-2107 was driving at high speed in Nevinnomyssk, weaving in and out of traffic, and then made a dangerous overtake. As a result, he lost control, veered into oncoming traffic, and collided with a VAZ-2112. Both drivers and a passenger in the first car were injured.
