Ufa Police Detain 167 Child Drivers – Average 4 Protocols

A schoolboy was detained while driving a foreign car similar to this one during the summer.
Police in Ufa detained 167 children who were driving cars and motorcycles in 2025. Over 200 violation reports were filed against them—meaning the offenses were clearly not isolated. Here is a brief summary of other year-end results reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Bashkortostan.
Police detained 46 members of drug trafficking organized criminal groups (OCGs) who were selling banned substances in Ufa and the Ufa district; two drug labs were also neutralized—where 12.5 kilograms of illegal drugs and 30 kilograms of components were found. In total, police seized over 32 kilograms of narcotics.
Additionally, police actively confiscated alcohol—7,000 liters of counterfeit products, with 176 protocols drawn up.
The next point is about children, who continue to break the law. In 2025, police brought 600 minors to stations, for whom parents received 2,500 protocols. This means an average of four protocols per person.
Vehicle checks led to stopping 167 child drivers, who, naturally, had no licenses. 242 protocols were filed against them, of which: 145 were for driving without a license, 45 vehicles were unregistered, and 15 children were drunk.
By the way, in total, Ufa police identified over 3,200 cases of drunk driving.
There are also statistics on migrants: 4,100 violations were found, including 1,300 for illegal registration; nine criminal cases were initiated for organizing illegal migration. We have already reported on some: a foreigner helped register 600 people, a Ufa woman registered 150 people at her address, and another—165.
