In Udmurtia, 169 reports of traffic accidents were registered during the first work week of January. This was reported by the civil protection service of the Udmurt Republic.
In total, during the week from January 13 to 18, 14,492 messages were received by the 112 service, of which 1,951 were directed to ambulance services, 764 to police, 436 to fire departments, and 105 to gas emergency services. Over 4,800 calls were false.
Moreover, as noted by the civil protection service of the Udmurt Republic, during the week, 169 reports of traffic accidents were received on the 112 line, 44 of which involved injuries. Meanwhile, according to the press service of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Udmurt Republic, from January 12 to 18, 14 people (including one child) were injured in accidents on the republic«s roads, and one person died.
Drivers are asked to pay attention to weather conditions and the state of the road surface. Observe speed limits and maintain a safe distance between vehicles.
