Tyumen Residents Plagued by Rowdy Neighbor's Fights and Vandalism

In the DOK neighborhood of Tyumen, local residents have been facing regular disturbances caused by a group of neighbors.

According to residents, the disturbances have been ongoing since at least mid-December. Young men and women often organize noisy gatherings with alcohol, which escalate into arguments and physical clashes.

One resident said: «Constant shouting and loud music. Most likely, they are under the influence of drugs and alcohol. They behave aggressively, starting fights even with women.»

Neighbors avoid direct contact with this group, considering its members aggressive and under the influence of psychoactive substances. Throughout this period, police have responded to calls only once. Law enforcement officers conducted a preventive conversation with the apartment owner and guests, after which the noise temporarily stopped.

Now, the affected parties plan to claim compensation for the damaged entrance doors to the building. An official comment from the city police department on this incident is awaited.

Similar cases of disturbance from inadequate neighbors in Tyumen are not uncommon. For example, in the Yamalsky neighborhood, residents had to call the police in the morning after a sleepless night due to loud screams and wails.
