According to residents, they have had to endure the troublesome neighbors since at least mid-December, with a group of young men and women regularly holding parties that end in scandals.
«Constant shouting and loud music. Most likely, [they] are under the influence of drugs and alcohol. They behave aggressively, start fights, including with girls,» says a reader of 72.RU.
People are afraid to contact such neighbors because they consider them aggressive drug addicts. Police came only once in a month, having a talk with the apartment owner and guests, which calmed the group down. Now, residents intend to seek compensation for the broken doors.
