Two Killed in Tyumen Region Crash, Road Closed
Two people were killed and two others injured in a collision involving four vehicles on a highway in the Tyumen region.

A serious accident occurred on the Tyumen-Borovsky-Bogandinsky highway in the Tyumen region. Traffic is blocked at the 26th kilometer of this section.
The State Traffic Inspectorate (GIBDD) for the Tyumen region explained: «Four vehicles collided here: two trucks, a Gazelle van, and a passenger car. Preliminary reports indicate two people died and two others were injured.»
The State Traffic Inspectorate recommends choosing an alternative route via the federal highway Tyumen-Omsk for the next two hours.
According to previously published statistics, the most accident-prone road in the region is the route to Khanty-Mansiysk, where 155 accidents were recorded with 28 fatalities and 247 injuries. Second in terms of the number of incidents is the road to Omsk, with 75 accidents resulting in 14 deaths.
