Two in Serious Condition After Head-On Crash in Northern Tomsk

One of the six people injured in a head-on crash on a northern Tomsk highway is in serious condition and was flown to Moscow's Sklifosovsky Institute.

Doctors have reported on the condition of those involved in a head-on collision on the Nizhnevartovsk–Strezhevoy highway. According to the Territorial Center for Medicine and Disasters, cited by NGS70.RU, two people are in serious condition, one is in moderately serious condition, and the others were treated as outpatients.
Recall that on 27 January, two SUVs collided head-on on the Nizhnevartovsk–Strezhevoy highway. Police reported six people injured.
According to the Territorial Center for Medicine and Disasters, a 44-year-old female resident of Saint Petersburg, who was in one of the vehicles, was first taken to the intensive care unit of the Strezhevoy city hospital. Today, 28 January, she was transported by plane to the N.V. Sklifosovsky Research Institute of Emergency Care («Sklif») in Moscow. Her condition is assessed as serious.
The 49-year-old driver of a Toyota Land Cruiser 100 was hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the Strezhevoy hospital in serious condition. The second driver was hospitalized in the surgical department of the same hospital in moderately serious condition.
Additionally, as a result of the accident, three more injured people were delivered to the Strezhevoy city hospital and treated as outpatients.
The press service added that there are no children among the victims.
