Truck overturns in Voronezh region — driver injured

On Wednesday morning, a truck overturned on the M-4 Don highway in Bogucharsky district, Voronezh region, leaving the driver injured.

In the Voronezh region, the driver of an overturned truck was injured. This was reported by the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD).

The accident occurred on Wednesday, January 21, around ten o«clock in the morning at the 741st kilometer of the M-4 Don highway in Bogucharsky district. According to preliminary police information, a 44-year-old resident of Krasnodar Krai, driving a FOTON AUMAN heavy truck, failed to account for weather conditions and lost control, after which the truck overturned.

The driver sustained injuries — he was taken to the hospital.

In total, over the past day, 158 traffic accidents occurred in the region. Of these, 111 were in Voronezh, 38 in the districts of the region, 9 on federal highways. In 11 accidents, 16 people were injured. Fortunately, there were no fatalities.
