Due to the threat of roof collapse at a derelict building in Novosibirsk, traffic has been temporarily restricted on Viktor Staroshchuk Street. This affects the section from the building at «Territory of the Military Town, 1/91» to the building at Garinina Street, 1. This was reported by the Telegram channel «Novosibirsk Roads and Bridges.»
According to the channel, the situation is under special supervision by the Department of Road and Improvement Complex and the administration of Oktyabrsky District.
Currently, specialists are on site developing a plan to strengthen the structure. Signs and barriers have been installed.
On January 21, a two-story shopping center collapsed at Naumova, 26, in Novosibirsk. As a result, one person died and two others were injured.
