A tractor that was clearing snow on the Tura River in Tyumen fell through the ice. As it became known, the equipment was preparing an ice rink for the annual «Special Operation Ice», traditionally held in February. No one was injured at the scene.

Similar information was confirmed by the Tyumen Regional Emergency Response Service (TOsER), where the call was also not transferred.
