In the Kalininsky District of Novosibirsk, at 3/1 Rodnikov Street, a tourist canister exploded. According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) for Novosibirsk Region, the report was received yesterday, January 31, at 22:23.
Rescuers arrived at the scene at 22:29. The explosion damaged the double-glazed window and balcony frame. No fire broke out.
A man was injured. He was hospitalized at the regional burn center.
