Three perish as car catches fire after truck crash
Three people died following a crash on a highway in the Rostov region. A three-year-old child was hospitalized.

A road traffic accident occurred today at 08:30 at the 76th kilometer of the Elista–Remontnoye–Zimovniki highway in the Rostov region. A Renault Duster collided with a MAZ truck, after which the passenger car caught fire.
The crash happened on a highway in Russia«s Rostov region.
As a result of the fire, all three adults who were in the foreign car died. A three-year-old child, who was also in the vehicle, sustained injuries and was taken to a medical facility.
Police officers went to the scene to investigate the circumstances of the tragedy.
«By order of the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Rostov region, the leadership of the territorial police department, a responsible official from the Main Directorate»s leadership, as well as forensic experts from the regional Main Directorate«s Forensic Science Center have gone to the scene,»law enforcement clarified.
The exact causes of the collision are currently being determined.
