Three-Car Collision on Ring Road Near Obukhovsky Bridge
A three-vehicle collision on the inner ring of St. Petersburg's Ring Road near the Big Obukhovsky Bridge around 11 a.m. caused a kilometers-long backup, with no injuries reported.

An accident involving three passenger cars occurred at around 11 a.m. at the 56th kilometer of the inner ring of the Ring Road near the Big Obukhovsky Bridge.

The press service of the Federal State Institution «Road Management Directorate for the North-West» (Uprador North-West) reported:
There are no casualties. Lanes 3 and 4 were occupied at the time of the accident. As of 3:09 p.m., the traffic jam was 5 km long.
As of now, the length of the traffic jam has decreased to four kilometers, but traffic remains unstable — the backup periodically dissipates and reforms.
Earlier, on January 25 around 1 p.m., a fire broke out in a Mercedes car in the same area. Its driver was hospitalized, and during the firefighting, a traffic jam had already begun to form.
