The Ryazan State Traffic Inspectorate provided details of a fatal road accident that occurred in the Shatsk district.
The accident happened on January 25 at around 12:10 at the 345th kilometer of the federal highway M-5 «Ural». According to preliminary data, a Toyota driven by a 26-year-old man collided with a Lada Kalina driven by a 51-year-old woman.
As a result of the accident, a 20-year-old passenger of the Toyota died from her injuries at the scene. Both drivers sought medical attention, as did the passengers of the Lada — aged 3, 12, and 22.
Emergency services and police worked at the scene. Currently, the circumstances of the accident are being established, and an inspection is underway.
