Teens Battle House Fire with Shovels and Snow in Urals

In Bolshoy Istok on Kooperativnaya Street, 42, a residential house caught fire. Locals immediately called the emergency services, but before the firefighters arrived, they couldn«t just stand and watch as their neighbor»s house burned.

Teenagers ran outside, grabbing shovels to throw snow at the fire. And those who didn«t have shovels threw snowballs at the house.

«Teenagers from all over the village, from different streets, ran to the fire and didn»t just watch, but actually extinguished it with shovels,« witnesses said.

Local residents reported that, preliminarily, there were no people or animals in the house at the time of the fire. We are verifying the information with the emergency services. We will definitely update the news when we learn the details.
