The incident occurred on the evening of January 30 in the settlement of Nazarovo, located in the Rybinsk district of the Yaroslavl Region.
According to operational data, a driver born in 1964, who was driving a foreign-made Volvo, struck a 16-year-old pedestrian. The teenager sustained injuries of varying severity as a result of the impact.
Representatives of the Russian MVD (Ministry of Internal Affairs) for the Yaroslavl Region stated: «The minor was hospitalized. The circumstances of the traffic accident are being established.»
