Stray Dogs Scare Children in Solontsy, Force Child Up Tree
In Solontsy, a pack of stray dogs frightened children, and a child had to climb a tree to escape. Residents of Solontsy are talking about this on social media.
According to them, the dogs are not completely ownerless: they are allegedly fed by a local woman. Moreover, people complain that there is no catching of stray animals in their area.

That is, it is unclear who is responsible for what and who will do what. People have directly contacted the Yemelyanovsky District via comments. The Yemelyanovsky District replied to them that there is no contract signed yet, and they probably cannot enter the territory of Solontsy if this territory is already divided,« NGS24.RU was told by Solontsy activist Elena Shulgina.
