As one of the passengers, Elena, recounted, the flight was originally scheduled for January 22 at 01:50, but it never happened. People had to sit at the airport for several hours.
«We»ve been here for a day, twice we«ve gone through the process from check-in, baggage drop, security zone, customs and back. After a many-hour delay, they finally boarded us on the plane, we sat on the plane for three hours, and then they asked us to exit again,» the woman said.
The passenger noted that after they were disembarked at the airport again, they were provided with hotel rooms.
«Now we»re in the hotel, in warmth, but the vacation is very much in question. They keep postponing the time constantly,« the woman noted.
According to Elena, passengers were informed that the reason for the flight cancellation was a faulty fuel sensor on the plane. As of the latest information, the departure time is set for January 23 at 05:00.
The editorial staff of E1.RU has sent an official request to Air Arabia for comment on this situation.
Recall that since January 20, Yekaterinburg residents with children will not be able to fly abroad without an important document.
