Sochi Court Closes Private Kindergarten Over Violations

The Adler District Prosecutor«s Office in Sochi conducted an inspection of a private kindergarten on Udachnaya Street and found violations of sanitary-epidemiological and fire safety legislation that posed a threat to the life and health of children.

The prosecutor filed a lawsuit with the Adler District Court seeking to prohibit the kindergarten«s operations until the violations were eliminated. During the case review, the institution»s management addressed most of the violations, so the court partially granted the prosecutor«s claims.

«The court»s decision suspends the private kindergarten«s activities until all identified violations of legal requirements are fully resolved. Enforcement of the court order is under the control of the district prosecutor»s office,« the press service of the Krasnodar Krai Prosecutor»s Office reported.
