Six Novosibirsk Residents Evacuated from Burning House

In the Novosibirsk Region, in the city of Cherepanovo, a fire occurred yesterday, January 31, in the morning. As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) for the Novosibirsk Region, six people were evacuated from a private house.

Upon the rescuers« arrival, the fire was burning inside the house. After 6 minutes, firefighters extinguished the open flame. The fire response involved 8 people and 2 units of equipment. As a result of the fire, the ceiling was damaged over an area of 3 square meters.

Over the past 24 hours, 17 fires were extinguished in the region, and 5 of them were in the residential sector.

A cargo truck caught fire on the left bank of Novosibirsk. As reported by a reader of NGS, the incident occurred on the morning of January 30.
