A mass traffic accident occurred in Arkhangelsk: six cars were involved in the crash. One of the drivers failed to maintain a safe distance. Details were provided by the regional traffic police.

The accident happened on February 2 on the Krasnoflotsky Bridge.

«According to eyewitnesses, fog complicated the road conditions. Apparently, it formed from smoke coming from the chimney of a nearby boiler house,» noted the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.

There were no victims in the accident.

On January 30, a mass accident with four cars also occurred in Arkhangelsk. The accident was caused by a KAMAZ truck — it blocked the passage.

On February 1, in the Kholmogorsky District, a car fatally struck a pedestrian who was crossing the road. The deceased was a passenger in one of the cars — he jumped out onto the road and was hit by another car.
