Siberian Teen Deletes Account After Fleeing to Armenia

18-year-old Viktoria Kuznetsova from Minusinsk, Siberia, who fled from her parents to Armenia on January 15, has deleted her account and ceased communication. The last time the girl made contact was on January 16 — she reported that she was fine, after which she disappeared from social media.

Her boyfriend Artyom, with whom she planned to move to Chile, has also stopped responding to journalists and changed his nickname on Telegram.

Viktoria«s mother Irina told an NGS24.RU correspondent that her daughter is not in touch with her. She tried to find out from Artyom where the girl is and if she is with him.

«He just wrote »everything is fine.« How to search for her, I don»t know,« the woman shared.

According to Irina, on January 19, Artyom left a school group where classmates periodically reported to the teacher about their affairs.

«He»s covering his tracks, apparently, perhaps so he won«t be found,» Viktoria«s mother suggested.

On January 15, Viktoria Kuznetsova managed to leave Russia on her second attempt. Her first escape on December 24 failed — her mother filed a report about stolen money, the girl was detained at Domodedovo Airport, after which her father took her to Sochi. From there, Viktoria made her second escape, this time to Armenia.

Later, the girl made contact with NGS24.RU journalists and sent a video message in which she said that she was fine. The girl«s parents noted that she was reading from a pre-written script.
