Working as a «courier» without a contract. Tempting offers to earn extra by delivering «packages» without formalities often mask drug distribution (Art. 228 of the Criminal Code) or transferring fraudulently obtained money (Art. 159). The courier learns the contents only during interrogation.
Registering cards or SIM cards for a friend«s »business.« If stolen funds come to your details or your number is used to call fraud victims, investigators will consider you not a random person but an accomplice.
The role of a nominal director. Receiving a salary »for signing« in a firm you don»t control is a direct risk. Such companies are used for cashing out money and tax evasion, and all responsibility falls on the person whose name is in the documents.
Transfers for «good causes» from anonymous chats. Financial aid to unclear funds without verified reporting can be interpreted as terrorism financing (Art. 205.1 of the Criminal Code).
«Curiosity» about prohibited content. Storing or transmitting extremist materials, even out of curiosity, constitutes a crime.

Teenager with Knife Attacks School Employee in Nizhnekamsk
A 13-year-old student of Multidisciplinary Lyceum No. 37 in Nizhnekamsk (Tatarstan, Russia) committed an armed attack on a female employee of the institution. According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the republic, the teenager with a cold weapon was detained on-site by arriving Rosgvardiya (National Guard) officers.
The incident occurred during lessons. According to preliminary data, the minor brought a knife into the building and wounded a woman, after which he ran through the floors and set off firecrackers. Later, it turned out that the victim was a cleaner. According to Mayor Radmir Belyaev, she was promptly provided medical assistance, and her life is not in danger.
All students were quickly evacuated from the building, and none of them were harmed. The detainee had a knife, mask, and tactical gloves confiscated.

Proposal to Raise Salaries for Kindergarten Teachers
State Duma deputy Sergei Mironov proposed increasing kindergarten teachers« salaries by 1.5–2 times. This initiative is linked to President Vladimir Putin»s instruction to work on extending preschool institutions« operating hours for parents» convenience.
Mironov stated that extending the workday will increase the workload on teachers, whose overtime hours are often unpaid. He insists that a teacher«s base salary should equal three minimum wages, and with allowances reach about 100,000 rubles (approximately $1,100 at current rates, the average national salary), emphasizing the high responsibility of this profession, writes RIA Novosti.
New Rules for Future Drivers
From March 1, changes in the rules for training future drivers come into force in Russia, writes «Izvestia.» A new order from the Ministry of Education introduces adjustments to driving school programs.
Main innovations:
The number of programs is reduced — from 62 to 47. Some will become retraining courses for drivers who already have licenses and want to open a new category. This will allow them not to re-study traffic rules theory.
Increased number of practical driving hours for category «B»:

More than 300 historical silver items were stolen in a daring robbery at a museum in the Dutch city of Dusburg. The theft occurred on the night of January 21 at the museum located in the Great Church building.
According to museum board chairman Ernst Busveld, the thieves, acting «roughly and purposefully,» broke down doors, immediately disabled the security system, and smashed display cases, taking the entire collection. The stolen exhibits from the 18th–20th centuries from over 25 countries represented a unique private collection, reports Omroep Gelderland corporation.
«This is a loss of items of history, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage, a lifelong work for us,» said Busveld. The museum is temporarily closed. Damage is estimated at tens of thousands of euros, and the main risk is the possible melting down of priceless items due to the high value of silver. Police are investigating.

Russian National Detained in Philippines for Threatening to Spread HIV
A 22-year-old Russian citizen was arrested in the Philippines after posting TikTok videos threatening to spread HIV in the country. As reported by TV channel ABS-CBN, the detention was carried out by the republic«s Bureau of Immigration.
The arrest was part of an operation by the fugitive search department. According to SunStar, after detention, the young man was tested for HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and nothing was found. He is now in a pre-trial detention center under arrest and faces deportation.
