Russia opens terror case after Moscow drone attack

The Investigative Committee of Russia (SK) has opened a criminal case under the article on terrorist attacks (Article 205 of the Criminal Code) due to a night attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Moscow region. More than 400 drones were heading toward the region, most of which were neutralized on the distant approaches, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported. This raid has become one of the largest in several years.
The Investigative Committee confirmed that as a result of the massive attack on civilian infrastructure and residential buildings in the Moscow region, peaceful citizens were injured. In turn, the Ministry of Defense reported a night strike by the Russian Armed Forces on Ukrainian ports used in the interests of the AFU.
According to the governor of the Moscow region, two people were injured in Domodedovo. One in a fire at a private house, the second on the M-4 highway, where a drone fell next to a car.
