Power outage resolved in Arkhangelsk districts for second time today

In Arkhangelsk Oblast, power supply has been restored for the second time in a day after a massive outage in the Pinezhsky and Kholmogorsky districts.

According to the Pinezhye administration, power supply to the district was restored by 16:15. A phased reconnection of all subscribers is underway.

Recall that the first accident became known on the morning of February 2. In the areas where electricity was lost, today schools and kindergartens did not open, but heating in homes continues to operate in the districts. Hospitals are working, but FAPs (rural medical stations) are closed.

Power was planned to be restored to homes by 14:00 and even the end of the blackout was announced at 13:00, but then the accident recurred.
