Power grid failure repeats in Arkhangelsk, leaving Pinezhye and Kholmogory dark

In Kholmogory District of Arkhangelsk Oblast, a repeated accident occurred on the power grid. The authorities of Pinezhye District reported this, as they also lost power.
«A repeated accident has occurred on the same section. Power engineers are on site and are already working on repairs. At boiler houses, we are starting generators again to maintain heating systems,» the administration reported.
Recall that the first accident became known on the morning of February 2. In the areas where power was lost, today schools and kindergartens did not open, but in the districts, they continue to heat homes. Hospitals are operating, but paramedic stations (FAPs) are closed. They planned to restore electricity to homes by 14:00 and even announced the end of the blackout at 13:00, but then the accident repeated.
