Social media reported an explosion at the O«Depo shopping center in Odintsovo, near Moscow. The shopping center administration clarified to MSK1.RU that a power bank exploded on one of the visitors, with no casualties.

«A power bank [exploded] on one of the visitors. Everything is fine, nothing serious happened,» said the interlocutor.

The press service of the Moscow Region Emergency Ministry (EMERCOM) stated that their teams did not go to the scene.

Correspondents of «Ostorozhno, Moskva» (Caution, Moscow) were told at the shopping center that there were no victims.

«There was an explosion, but employees and visitors were not injured. Security informed me that everything is fine now, and the stores are operating as usual,» said a representative of the shopping center.

REN TV writes that a woman was injured — she was taken away by ambulance covered in blood. According to the Telegram channel «Mosfid. Moscow News,» a man was hospitalized, and visitors were evacuated from the building.

An eyewitness claims that everything happened in a fast-food restaurant. As the public page «Typichnoye Odintsovo» (Typical Odintsovo) writes, the hall was temporarily closed.

Earlier, likely a power bank caught fire on board a plane flying from Moscow to Yerevan. Hand luggage ignited, and it had to be extinguished. There were no casualties, and the flight landed safely.
