Police and OMON Conduct Raid on Krasnogo Tekstilshchika Street
Security forces raided a multifunctional center in St. Petersburg's Central District on January 28 to check for migration law violations.

Police officers and OMON fighters from the National Guard (Rosgvardiya) inspected foreigners at the Multifunctional Center (MFC) on Krasnogo Tekstilshchika Street. The operation targeted breaches of migration legislation.
This was another such check in the city«s Central District. Previously, security forces have conducted raids in retail chains and vegetable warehouses, and also visited this same center in November last year.
Earlier, in the Kalininsky District, law enforcement officers together with the traffic police (GAI) stopped about 300 vehicles for inspections. As a result, a dozen foreigners who violated the law were taken to police stations.
