A utility accident occurred in the central Belousovsky Park in Tula—an underground pipeline burst. Specialists from JSC Tulagorvodokanal (Tula Water and Sewerage Company) are already fixing the breach. This was reported by the press service of the Tula Parks administration.
The pipeline burst happened near the sports complex and bicycle path within the park.
Due to the burst, the park administration warned that the restroom near the bicycle path and sports complex is temporarily out of service.
Residents of Tula were also asked to avoid this area when choosing walking routes in the park.
With sub-zero temperatures and strong winds outside, it is likely that ice will form on the site of the utility accident soon. Park staff are expected to address the situation promptly.
