Pervomaysky Shopping Center Collapse: Owner Details Revealed

In Novosibirsk, the Pervomaysky District Court arrested the owner of the building at 26 Naumova Street, which collapsed on the afternoon of January 21. Sergei Turkov was sent to a pre-trial detention center for two months.

According to eyewitnesses, everything happened instantly: the second floor of the building folded like a house of cards within ten seconds. Two women and a man were trapped under the rubble — he could not be saved.
