In the Novosibirsk region, in Barabinsky district, a pedestrian died as a result of a traffic accident. This was reported by the regional State Traffic Inspectorate.
According to preliminary data, on January 24 around 21:00, a 38-year-old driver in a Toyota was traveling from the direction of Novosibirsk on the R-254 highway. At the 1147th kilometer, he hit a man who was crossing the roadway from right to left in the direction of the vehicle.
As a result of the incident, the 50-year-old pedestrian died before the ambulance arrived. It is specified that he did not have reflective elements on his outer clothing.
Earlier it was reported that in Tatarsky district, a driver of a Mercedes Actros truck fatally struck a pedestrian.
