On January 30, in the Akademchesky district of Yekaterinburg, a one-and-a-half-year-old pupil of a private kindergarten was left alone in the yard after a walk. The girl was found by a random passerby.
The child«s parents immediately arrived at the institution after a call from the director.
»As soon as it happened, the director called me right away. I picked up the child, checked her. She is fine, no hypothermia. We have no complaints about the kindergarten because we are familiar with the teachers, everything suits us,«the baby»s mother said.
The girl«s father reported that the nanny, who was working her first day that day, failed to supervise the child.
»The nanny who was working her first day today didn«t notice. She has already been fired. I said, »Let her not work anymore,« and they accommodated us. Thank God that the child is fine, she was alone for about three minutes. We were given guarantees that this won»t happen again, but we are unlikely to go there anymore,«the dad added.
Earlier, representatives of the kindergarten claimed that all pupils were present. The Investigative Committee of the Sverdlovsk Region has initiated a criminal case on the fact of failure to fulfill duties in child rearing.
