According to witnesses, a private house at 38 Zhukovsky Street caught fire. Video footage shows the entire roof of the building engulfed in flames.
«Where are the owners? They»re inside!« say people heard in the recording.
Firefighters are on the scene, and there is no information on casualties. NGS has contacted the press service of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) for the Novosibirsk region for comment.
