According to the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry«s Main Directorate for the Orenburg region, one of the fires that occurred at night was again in Orsk, in a four-story building on Shchebenochnaya Street. An apartment on the second floor was burning. The total area was 10 square meters. Using rescue equipment, Emergencies Ministry employees brought 7 people (including a child) to safety, and a 52-year-old man was injured. The presumed cause of the fire is a design and manufacturing defect in the electrical equipment.

— When using heaters, do not overload sockets with multiple devices. Do not leave stove and gas heating, or switched-on electric heating appliances unattended, — said the head of Orsk, Artyom Vorobyev, a few days ago.

But in the settlement of Prisatnoy in the Totsky district, death could not be avoided — there, for exactly the same preliminary reason, a residential house with an area of 72 square meters burned down. Fire and smoke claimed the life of a 71-year-old retiree.

And even that is not all: right now, fire and rescue units are working at the scene of a fire in Orenburg. The fire broke out in one of the rooms of a private house on Ordzhonikidze Street.

— Four pieces of equipment and 16 employees of the Russian Emergencies Ministry«s Main Directorate for the Orenburg region are involved on site. Open burning has been extinguished over an area of 25 square meters. There are no casualties, — the press service of the department reported.
