On Kola Highway, KIA and Mercedes Collide, Two Killed
On the afternoon of January 30, a head-on collision occurred on the federal highway Kola in the Volkhov district. As a result of the accident, two people were killed, and a child was taken to the hospital in serious condition.

A serious road traffic accident was recorded on January 30 at 16:50 at the 184th kilometer of the R-21 Kola highway in the Volkhov district of the Leningrad region. According to the press service of the State Institution «Lenoblpozhspas», at this section, a KIA Cerato and a Mercedes GLS 450 collided head-on.
In the passenger car KIA, the driver and a passenger were killed. An eight-year-old child who was in the same car was urgently hospitalized to the Lodeynoye Pole hospital with severe injuries.
The driver of the Mercedes SUV after examination refused medical assistance, as reported by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Leningrad region.
