The operational headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) of Saint Petersburg reports the death of a woman in a fire in the Neva district. The tragic incident occurred on Monday, January 26.
The fire was registered at 18:25 in a residential building on Soyuzny Prospekt. The flames covered an area of two square meters in a one-room apartment. By 19:12, firefighters managed to completely extinguish the fire.
Fifteen EMERCOM employees and three units of special equipment were involved in fighting the fire. The circumstances of the incident are currently being established.
