Mobile Internet Outage Hits Two Districts in Arkhangelsk Region

Mobile internet has almost completely disappeared in the Pinezhsky district, as well as in those areas of the Kholmogorsky district where power transmission towers have been de-energized. This was reported by the district authorities.

«Mobile internet in the district is practically not working. We remind you that if an emergency arises, immediately call our duty service: 8(818)562-28-01,» advises the local administration to residents of Pinezhye.

The administration of the Kholmogorsky district confirmed to 29.RU that mobile internet may also be disconnected there.

«Where the towers are de-energized, mobile internet is clearly not working,» commented the head of the district, Vitaliy Dianov.

In the areas where electricity has been lost, today schools and kindergartens did not open, but heating continues to work in the districts. Also, hospitals continue to operate, while FAPs (feldsher-midwife stations) are closed. They plan to restore electricity to homes by 14:00.
