Mizulina Comments on Child Lowered from 7th Floor in Voronezh

The story about a drunk father who, for entertainment, lowered his son by rope from a balcony on the seventh floor in Voronezh has drawn the attention of Ekaterina Mizulina, head of the Safe Internet League. She published a post about the incident on her Telegram channel.

“A video from Voronezh is being actively shared on social media, where the child«s father and his friends decided to arrange a deadly dangerous attraction for the boy: he was lowered on a cable from a high-rise balcony and pulled back up. Moreover, everything was filmed. It is still unknown for what purpose this was done,” wrote the public figure.

It is worth noting that neither the address nor the time of the incident has been established yet. Regional departments of the Investigative Committee and the Ministry of Internal Affairs are conducting checks, but they emphasize that the video may have been filmed in another region. The regional prosecutor«s office is also conducting an investigation.
