Missing schoolgirls found in Novosibirsk, police questioning

The girls who went missing on February 3 in Novosibirsk have been found. The mother of one of the schoolgirls, Larisa, reported this.

«The girls have been found,» the woman wrote. Larisa did not specify where exactly the teenagers were or what condition they are in now.

Earlier we reported that they were seen on February 3 at about 12:00 before their disappearance. Today, February 4, it became known that the girls were being located using phone geolocation.

According to Larisa, a passerby told her that the teenagers had allegedly been seen at a tattoo parlor recently. The girls were found on February 4 at about 1:00 p.m.

The press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Novosibirsk Region (GU MVD) confirmed to NGS that the girls had indeed been found.

«They are being questioned at the moment,» the agency explained.

The circumstances of the incident are being established.

Earlier it was reported that an 11-year-old boy went missing in the Kirovsky district of Novosibirsk. He does not speak. The child was later found alive.
