Missing 20-year-old SFU student search in Vettuzhanka forest

In Krasnoyarsk, the search continues for a 20-year-old Siberian Federal University student who vanished without a trace two weeks ago.
Today, January 28, members of the Krasnoyarsk Search and Rescue Team set out to look for her. As reported to NGS24.RU by «Spasatel,» four people went to the Vettuzhanka forest area, taking a snowmobile with them.
Recall that Yekaterina Kilina went missing on the night of January 14: surveillance cameras in the building on Yelena Stasova Street, where she was renting an apartment, captured her leaving the entrance. After that, she lost contact, and now no one knows her whereabouts.
However, her acquaintances realized too late: a report about the girl«s disappearance was only filed with the police a week later.
Svetlana Torgashina, head of the Oksana Vasilishina Search and Rescue Team for Missing Children, told NGS24.RU that volunteers have already gone out several times to search for the missing girl.
«The last time she was caught on camera was on a CCTV camera along the road towards the Vettuzhanka stadium at 2:51 a.m. She was captured on camera there, but she does not appear on the cameras at the Raduga sports complex.
We went there last night (January 27 — Ed.) because one spot was bothering me. We checked there, thought a hat was lying, but it turned out to be just a bottle someone threw. In general, nothing is known yet: she could have gone into the forest or gotten to another place and taken a taxi somewhere. There are more questions than answers,« says Svetlana Torgashina.
Volunteers are asking residents to review footage from dash cams and cameras installed on houses in the area of Yelena Stasova Street, the «Stadium» stop, and the Raduga gym. Any information that can help determine where Yekaterina is or was from 02:50 on January 14 is important.
Description: light brown hair with a bob cut. Dressed as in the photo from surveillance cameras. Any information can be reported to the duty office at 8 (391) 246-87-64, 112, or call the volunteers: 8 950-99-66-066 (24/7).
Earlier, we reported on the abduction of the 14-year-old son of a Krasnoyarsk businessman; the chronology of events was compiled in a story.
