Missile alerts twice, drone strike threat, UAV downed in Voronezh Region

On the night of 29 January, Voronezh Region declared a missile alert twice, one municipality was threatened with a direct UAV strike, and the threat of attacks across the entire region persisted until five in the morning. Shortly after the all-clear, the Ministry of Defense reported the destruction of a UAV in Voronezh Region. We have reconstructed the chronology of events.
On 28 January at 21:15, sirens sounded over the region - Governor Alexander Gusev announced a missile alert and asked residents to move to safe places.
21:28: The regional head reported the cancellation of the missile alert, with no information on consequences.
22:04: Alexander Gusev announced a threat of UAV attacks across the entire territory of Voronezh Region.
22:09: Sirens were activated in the Rossoshansky District - the municipality was threatened with a direct drone strike.
04:01 on 29 January: Sirens woke residents across the entire region - again due to a missile alert.
04:11: Authorities gave the all-clear for the missile alert - still with no information on consequences. However, the threat of drone attacks remained, as did the threat of a strike in the Rossoshansky District.
04:54: The strike threat for Rossoshansky District and the attack threat for residents of the entire Voronezh Region were both cancelled. At the time of publication, the operational situation is calm.
At 07:17, the Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) reported in its morning briefing that over the past night, air defense forces had destroyed nine fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles over four Russian regions, one of them in Voronezh Region. Later, Governor Alexander Gusev clarified that the drone was shot down over one of the southern districts of the region. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties or damage.
In addition to Voronezh Region, on the night of 29 January, the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) attacked Rostov Region (where four drones were eliminated), as well as Bryansk Region and Crimea (with two UAVs destroyed in each).
