Man detained in Bolshaya Tula for threatening neighbors with gas explosion

In Bolshaya Tula, police officers detained a man who threatened his neighbors with a possible gas explosion. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for Tula Region.
The incident occurred on the evening of January 23 in the settlement of Leninsky. One of the local residents began threatening his neighbors that he would open the gas in his apartment. This potentially threatened an explosion or mass poisoning.
The man«s neighbors contacted the police. A team of officers arrived at the scene.
As it turned out, the man did not carry out his threat and did not open the gas. The police detained the man and took him to the station.
The reasons why the Tula resident threatened his neighbors are currently unknown.
