Lexus Crashes into UAZ Near Volgograd, Teens Injured

Near Volgograd, the driver of a black passenger car lost control on a snowy highway and crashed the vehicle into a peacefully parked domestic SUV. Due to the impact, three passengers, including two teenagers, were injured, and the car«s body will require serious repairs.
The accident occurred on the approach to the working settlement of Ilovlya near an overpass crossing railway tracks. The mechanism of the accident is unknown, but according to photos, the Lexus crashed into the UAZ on the left side, sustaining serious damage to the doors. The impact deployed the airbags, but the windows of the Japanese sedan remained intact. The extent of damage to the domestic SUV is unknown.
«According to preliminary information, at 8:30 PM at the 890th kilometer of the federal highway R-22 »Caspian« Tambov — Volgograd — Astrakhan,» the police reported, «the driver failed to control the Lexus car and collided with a stationary UAZ vehicle. As a result of the accident, three passengers, including two minors aged 11 and 13, sustained injuries.»
