Girl Falls from Balcony in Yaroslavl High-Rise

In Yaroslavl, a girl fell from a shared balcony of a high-rise on Volgogradskaya Street in the Dzerzhinsky district. This was reported on social networks on the evening of January 27. Footage from the scene shows that many people gathered there.
The investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Yaroslavl region confirmed the tragedy. It is known that the girl died. She was 17 years old.
«Whether the reasons for the girl«s actions bear a criminal nature is being clarified during the inspection,» the department commented.
Recall that in December 2025, it was reported that in the Lipovaya Gora area of Yaroslavl, a 5-year-old child fell from an apartment window in a multi-apartment building. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries. After an examination at the hospital, the child was sent home.
Earlier, in August 2025, a 31-year-old woman fell from a window of a multi-apartment building on Braginskaya Street in the Dzerzhinsky district of Yaroslavl. She died. Law enforcement officials reported that her death does not bear a criminal nature.
