Friend of Troublemaker Family Comes for Revenge, Causes Rampage — Video
A friend of the scandalous couple on Norilskaya Street, 40 vandalized the entrance of the woman who had complained about the troublemakers, NGS24.RU was told by the Interregional Center for Children«s Rights.
As NGS24.RU wrote, residents of the building on Norilskaya Street had earlier complained about a neighbor couple that was «terrorizing the entire neighborhood.» On January 26, police detained the male troublemaker from this couple, and the court arrested him for 13 days, the center now reported.
«This turn of events did not sit well with his friend, and he came to confront one of the women who had been among those who filed the complaint. The man, in an extremely inappropriate state, caused a rampage in the entrance, broke down doors, threatened residents with violence, and scared all the children on the floor,» the center reported.
The editorial office received a video of the incident. In it, the man swears and hits the doors and walls in the entrance. A woman tries to calm him down, mostly shouting: «What are you doing?!»
The press service of the Krasnoyarsk police told NGS24.RU that the incident occurred on January 27. The arriving police officers took the 26-year-old troublemaker to the police station. A report was filed against him under Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism). There were no statements about attacks or threats of violence, the police clarified.
As NGS24.RU reported, the troublemaker couple that neighbors initially complained about has been causing disturbances in the neighborhood for a long time. Parents are afraid to let their children go out to play. According to neighbors, the police did not respond to their actions. The couple has a child — a seven-year-old girl, but she does not live with her parents, but with her grandmother. The mother, it was claimed, receives child benefits but spends them on alcohol.
Earlier, NGS24.RU reported on a situation that occurred in the neighboring building — at Norilskaya, 38. Neighbors helped rescue two minors from the apartment of dysfunctional parents.
