Saratov«s Gagarin Airport resumed operations after temporary restrictions on flight arrivals and departures. The measures were introduced for security reasons. This was announced by Rosaviatsia (the Federal Air Transport Agency).
A warning from the Russian Emergency Situations Warning System (RSChS) alerted of a possible drone attack on the Saratov region.
The flight restrictions lasted 2.5 hours. During this time, four flights were delayed: one to Sochi, one to Moscow, and two from Moscow. Currently, Gagarin is operating normally.
No official announcement has been made about the cancellation of the UAV threat.
