The transport prosecutor«s office is investigating the circumstances of the unscheduled landing of a Ural Airlines aircraft in Sochi. The plane, en route from Moscow to Dubai, requested an emergency landing at the resort»s airport today around 2:00 PM Moscow time, according to the Ural Transport Prosecutor«s Office press service. The incident was due to technical reasons, but details have not been disclosed.
In Sochi, the aircraft underwent a technical inspection, while passengers were accommodated in the airport terminal. Afterwards, the plane continued its journey to Dubai, the airline said.
